Mooresville photographer Bart Mauceri Jr.’s “The Beacons of the East Coast” will be on display.

WHAT’S THE DEAL: Mark Daniel, the Magical Storyteller, will be featured at 11 a.m. in the Youth Services Community Room. Teens can kick off the program with a Silent Disco Party, a musical experience with headphones. The theme is “A Universe of Stories.” Experience the MPL World’s fair, featuring people and materials from around the world. The festivities continue until 1 p.m. Call 704-799-4204.
POPS AT THE POST
Pops at the Post-Tailgating Edition will feature the Salisbury-Rowan Symphony, led by Maestro David Hagy.

WHAT’S THE DEAL: Tents and grills are allowed, but the Spencer Fire Department requires a fire extinguisher with a grill. The concert is free for those arriving after 3 p.m. The Swing Band concert begins around 5 p.m. and the Pops Center at 7:30 p.m.
The 5th Annual Beyond the Walls art exhibition is open and will feature a tour.

WHAT’S THE DEAL: This exhibit is on display through Jan. 31, 2020 and features seven sculptures by six artists. The public is invited to cast a vote for their favorite sculpture through June 30 to determine the People’s Choice Award winner.
