DAVIDSON Patricia Ruth Traynor Bond, 86, of Davidson, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019. She was born March 14, 1933, in small town, Goetzville and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, both in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. A woman of incredible integrity, strength and kindness, Pat was a wonderful beacon to her family and friends. Always upbeat with a great sense of humor, she let no obstacles stop her from achieving goals or embarking on her next adventure. She enjoyed her Polish and her Mershon heritage. Her passion was her family, and she was a loving, devoted mom and grandmother. She was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. She enjoyed 57 years of marriage with her sweetheart and stalwart companion, Ken. She will be forever loved to the moon and back. Pat is survived by husband, Ken; children, Karel (Nils) Lucander and Paul (Anne) Bond; twin grandchildren, Sarah and Aaron Lucander; nephew, nieces; grand-nephews and -nieces; cousins; and dear lifelong friends in Michigan. Services to honor her will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church in Mooresville, Friday, Nov. 8. There will be a 10 a.m., viewing, a service at 11 a.m., and a luncheon immediately following. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
