A Statesville man was recently arrested after selling cocaine to undercover officers, according to the Statesville Police Department.
Arrest reports show Marcus Deshon Miller, of Newbern Avenue, was taken into custody May 31 for six counts of sell and deliver a Schedule II controlled substance and four counts of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a Schedule II controlled substance.
He received a $75,000 secured bond on those charges from a magistrate.
Warrants filed on May 29 state Miller, 25, sold small amounts of cocaine to officers between July 2018 and August 2018.
In total, Miller sold 1.2 grams of cocaine to law enforcement, according to warrants.
State records show Miller has a criminal history involving possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked and violation of seat belt laws.
