Early Christmas came just in time for Thanksgiving for a number of select student-athletes hailing from Langtree Charter Academy.

That proved to be just the case when eight participants in winter season sports at LCA have been particularly recognized in the form of respective all-conference honors within the state’s 1A class PAC-7 Conference ranks.

Players representing Langtree’s girls and boys cross country programs as well as its boys soccer squad are among the ones named for league-wide attention.

Off the Lions’ girls cross country roster, the cast comprised of Rylee Hegedus, Keirieonna Wilson and Caroline Ingram each received All-PAC-7 honors.

From the boys cross country crew, the twosome of Nick Yesker and Cole Metzler likewise made the all-league’s roster cut.

Hailing from Langtree’s boys soccer squad, the crew consisting of Josh Allen, Trey Chiperfield and Ayman Maadir are all among the ones set to fill first-team positions. Also from the Lions, Trey Putnam was the recipient of honorable mention status.
