With one in particular paving the way, athletes from Pine Lake Prep’s sports programs can be found everywhere on this spring season’s PAC-7 Conference honor rolls.

All PAC-7 rosters in the sports of softball, girls soccer, boys tennis, boys golf and baseball released recently included multiple PLP players on each.

Softball especially provided Pine Lake with special recognition. That is the case as the Pride’s Sarah Sweitzer was named the league’s Pitcher of the Year.

Also joining Sweitzer as an all-conference pick in softball includes Reagan Luby, Ashley Marchitelli, Kate Hoffman and Kara Lingvai.

In girls soccer, Pride players Elizabeth Iler, Amelia Muckenthaler, Lydia Sparks and Emily Rinere form the team’s all-league cast.

In boys tennis, the trio of Anthony “Parker” Dotson, Davis Cohen and Charlie Trammell represent the Pride camp.

In baseball, teammates Derek Finizio, Nathan Smith, Grant Phillips and Sam Brochetti all carry the PLP flag.

And in golf, the foursome formed by Parker Mizelle, Dawson Thornton, Justin Guilford and Mason Bain give Pine Lake the largest such contingent of picked All-PAC-7 players than any other league member.
